He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and he gained industry experience in manufacturing, retail and food services. Robert was hired by a legal clinic in Toronto, Ontario, and established Workers Compensation Advocate in 1996. Robert has successfully helped hundreds of injured workers to receive all the compensation benefits they are entitled to and he has helped employers reduce their work injury (WSIB/WCB) costs . Robert's primary area of practice is related to claims with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), previously called Workers' Compensation Board (WCB), and Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits, including appeals and tribunals before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) and the Social Security Tribunal (SST).
