Workers Compensation Advocate paralegal, Robert Govaert, is licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a member of the Ontario Paralegal Association. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and he gained industry experience in manufacturing, retail and food services. Robert Govaert was hired by a legal clinic in Toronto, Ontario, and established Workers Compensation Advocate in 1996. He has successfully helped many injured workers to receive all the compensation benefits they are entitled to. Robert has experience with Early and Safe Return-to-Work, Workwell Audits, Second Injury Enhancement Fund (SIEF), Transfer of Costs, and he has knowledge of the rights and obligations of both the injured worker and the employer.
